Year 11 Visit Sky Studios On Careers Trip
Twenty six of our Year 11 students had the opportunity to visit the Sky offices in the heart of London this November as part of their workplace visit.
This valuable opportunity gave students an insight into life with the film and TV industry. The boys learned about the wide variety of careers in a media company beyond the obvious roles in front of the camera. The boys also had the opportunity to showcase their talent in acting, editing, producing and directing, and worked as a team to create and present a short film.
Abdi commented that this was the best trip he had ever been on, while Kian noted that the trip had made them want to consider an apprenticeship with Sky.
