February Half-Term Cricket Camp - Report And Pictures
HBAED hosted its first half-term cricket camp in the sports hall this February half-term. The camp was run by 360 Cricket in partnership with Streatham & Marlborough Cricket Club.
Throughout the week students from HBAED and their siblings played both softball and hardball cricket in our sports hall. Students and siblings attended the camp days for free, as the school looks to increase pupils' cricket participation levels and build relationships with local sports clubs.
Siblings of HBAED students between the ages of 5-10 years old attended the softball camp on the Monday and Tuesday, whilst KS3 students from the school attended on the Wednesday and Thursday.
On the Friday, five of our KS4 students got the amazing opportunity to have a 1-2-1 coaching session with 360 Cricket’s top coaches. Throughout the week, KS4 students also gained valuable coaching experience as support coaches on the camps.
