Year 9 Visit Sky Studios On Careers Trip
Eightly of our Year 9 students had the opportunity to visit the Sky offices in the heart of London this summer as part of our series of workplace visits.
This valuable opportunity gave students an insight into life in the film and TV industry. The boys learned about the wide variety of careers in a media company beyond the obvious roles in front of the camera.
They also had the opportunity to showcase their talent in acting, editing, producing and directing, and worked as a team to create and present a short film.
Abdul commented that this was the best trip he had ever been on, while Thomas noted that the trip had made him want to consider an apprenticeship with Sky.
