Harris Boys Students Shine in "Bugsy Malone" Performance
In a dazzling display of talent and dedication, students from Harris Boys' Academy East Dulwich captivated audiences with their spectacular rendition of Bugsy Malone on the 13th and 14th March 2024.
Months of hard work and rehearsal paid off as the young performers took to the stage, delivering a show-stopping performance that left the audience in awe.
Under the direction of Mrs. Okai and Mrs. Bee, and with the creative genius of Mr. Murray and Mr. Rhodes bringing the props and set to life, the production truly came to fruition. From the intricate choreography to the flawless delivery of lines, every aspect of the show was executed with precision and passion.
Adding to the magic of the evening was the exceptional student orchestra, supported by our two peri teachers. Their melodious accompaniment provided the perfect backdrop, enhancing the atmosphere and elevating the performance to new heights.
The two sold-out nights saw a diverse audience, including friends, family, staff, and prospective Year 7 students, all coming together to support the talented cast and crew. The energy and enthusiasm radiating from the stage were palpable, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
