End of an Era for the GCSE Music Class of 2024!

Our wonderful Year 11 Music GCSE group completed their final Music Performance Evening on Thursday 21st March.

The event was a great success. All the students performed superbly and the hard work that had gone into practicing and perfecting pieces was evident to see. The whole event sounded professional and inspiring. We were treated to pieces on guitar, piano and drums and also moving and emotional vocal performances too.

Year 11 Performance 1

Ms Bee and her wonderful team of instrument teachers, Mr Mosley, Mr Reid and Mr Cleasby, deserve a huge amount of credit for the work they have put in with the Music students over the GCSE course.

We are all incredibly proud of what these young men have achieved. Students who were nervous about performing at the start of Year 10 are now confidently taking to the stage and dazzling audiences, and we predict a fantastic musical future for these students who choose to continue their musical studies.

Thanks also to Zayd, Gustavo and El-Shaddai who supported on some of the pieces!
