HBAED Library Bids Farewell to Year 11
We could not be prouder of our Year 11. For our Year 11 students, their academic journey began and ended in the library, just as it did at the start of the academic year in September.
Each table in the library was a hub of collaboration, a testament to the fantastic teamwork and work ethic of Year 11. You, my library regulars, have set a high standard. As you prepare to leave us, remember that your potential is not just high, it's limitless. I am confident that you will continue to excel in your academic journey.
Year 11, I am proud to have had the privilege of being a small part of your journey. Your resilience and effort to make positive strides forward such as your focus and dedication to learning have not gone unnoticed. You have set a learning standard for the younger students.

A message from Ms Edwards, our volunteer library assistant...
Year 11, you immediately impressed me with your passion for learning and your determination to do well. You brought such energy and buzz to the library as you prepared for your exams!
What’s more, even while under the pressure of revision you showed a high standard of conduct towards each other, younger students, and staff. You were polite at all times and clearly held the library space and Ms Smith in high regard. I was lucky to have conversations with a few of you and was inspired by your maturity and ambition for your futures. I wish you all the very best of luck!
Year 11 has passed the baton
The baton is passed to Year 7, pictured below. Year 7 have been instrumental in supporting the Year 11 students by creating and naming 'the fort' as a study space. Students happily sat in this area to permit Year 11 the table space. We look forward to seeing the great things Year 7 will achieve in the future.
