Careers in Advertising and Marketing Assembly

IMG 7318As part of our Personal Development and Careers programme, we regularly invite external speakers to deliver assemblies and workshops.

We were delighted to welcome Simon Derungs to our school, who delivered a special assembly to our Year 10 students on "Careers in Marketing and Advertising".

Simon shared his experience of working in senior roles at leading companies, including BT, Saatchi & Saatchi and now at The Maverick Group. He emphasised the importance of creativity and critical thinking skills - including standing out by either being the first to do something or, if that is not possible, by doing it differently.

A huge thank you to Simon Derungs for delivering such an engaging and inspiring assembly - and also to Speaker for Schools for facilitating this.
