Agit and Mark are First Bronze Badge Winners This Year
Agit (left) & Mark (right) are Year 9 students and the first two boys in the whole school to receive their Bronze Badges for gaining 175 Harris Points since the start of term - just in time for half term.
A fantastic achievement and wonderful young men showing excellent ambition!
We award Harris Points to students who show an exemplary attitude and take responsibility for their own learning. Pupils receive positive points for embodying HBAED values such as exemplary manners and consistent hard work.
This move is designed to help pupils self-manage their behaviour. A pupil that starts the year poorly has every chance of rectifying that and quickly moving up our positive pathway simply by making better decisions.
As students accumulate Harris Points, they will progress through various Reward Levels, receiving rewards throughout the year including trips, prize raffles and lapel badges. Find out more about our rewards schemes.
