Neurodiversity and Mental Health - Useful Links
Thank you to Dr Caroline Stokes from Kings College London for delivering such a wonderful session on neurodivergence and mental health at the school on Thursday 28th November.
Dr Stokes and her colleagues are working on ways to ensure that children with a variety of needs including Autism and ADHD have the best possible support for their mental health.
She offered many tips for parents and families and is now looking for students and parents to join focus groups to help her to shape future materials. We will be sending further details about this to all parents/ carers of pupils on our SEND register in the new year.
Thank you too to the huge number of families who attended the session and are taking looking after their wellbeing and mental health so seriously.
