GCSE Drama Students Inspired by ‘Punch’ at the Young Vic
Year 10 and 11 GCSE Drama students went to the Young Vic Theatre last week to watch Punch, an electrifying and thought-provoking performance.
The show, known for its powerful storytelling and bold staging, left students both entertained and inspired. Tich, Year 10, said: “The energy on stage was incredible! The actors really brought the story to life in such a gripping way.”
Buddy, from Year 11, added: “I loved how the performance used movement and sound - it was so creative and different from anything I’ve seen before.”

The trip gave students invaluable insights into professional theatre, sparking ideas for their own performances in GCSE Drama. A truly unforgettable experience. Thank you to the Young Vic for providing us with tickets and Mrs Okai for organising the trip.
