Year 9 Crash Out of Inner London Cup on Penalties

Football 14.12.15The Year 9 team continued their disappointing start to the season crashing out of the cup to GLOBE on Friday.

Despite going 2-0 up the boys could not hold onto the lead, letting GLOBE back into the game. It has to be said the boys were slightly unlucky after GLOBE scored directly from a corner, that had been incorrectly awarded by Mr Metcalfe.

After conceding again in the last minute the game went straight to penalties where we lost in sudden death. Signs of improvements were made but still not the result the boys were hoping for.

Yr 9 Man of the Match. Mukhtar was awesome on the right wing, gave their left back problems all game.

Special mention: Kaden worked hard and dominated the game in centre of midfield.
