Spain Watersports Trip 2016 - Day 4

Spain 2016 day four (4)

The awards ceremony took place last night and the following awards were handed out:

  • Commitment to the cause - Antonio
  • Stepping up to the plate - Reece
  • Sportsman of the day - Nashaun
  • Legend of day three - Jamil

We then had the exciting evening activities of climbing and archery. Needless to say we have some competitive archers and the climbing was a sight to see.

Day four in Spain could only be described as absolutely amazing.

We awoke to scorching sun and made our way to breakfast. We then took the walk down to the quiet beach.

The boys then spent the afternoon on activities. The attitude was absolutely incredible. Myself and Mr Metcalffe swam out to the groups and every single student was challenging themselves and having fun.

The boys have been taken out of their comfort zone this week and behaved impeccably throughout. We have had nothing but compliments from staff and the local Spanish. They have been a credit to the academy.

We were then back to the pool and ready for evening activities and dinner.

Tomorrow we head for the exciting day at the water park. Stay tuned to see any exciting news from the day!
