Open House Exhibition 2017 - Report
Last month HBAED took part in the Dulwich Festival, with an Open House Exhibition celebrating the arts across the school.
Students gave pubic readings of their creative writing, inspired by the work of artists, and there were performances of dance and music too.
Art showcase
One highlight of the day was an open rehearsal where members of the public could witness students arranging a dramatic reading of a play.
And all this was against the backdrop of a stunning art exhibition showcasing the work of students from Year 7 right through to the sixth form.
The show was enjoyed by members of the public, families of our students and children at our local primary schools too.
Independence and creativity
HBAED is committed to providing our students with the opportunity to celebrate their talents and skills. We value the importance of all arts subjects, because they inform and underpin all subjects and build independence and creativity.
