First Students to Gain 4,000 Harris Points
Axel, Markell and Hassan are the first of our pupils to pass through Boundary 4 of our Positive Pathway. This means they have been awarded over 4000 Harris points so far this year – a fantastic effort!
“We’ve created a ‘Positive Pathway’ at HBAED to recognise those pupils that regularly show a thirst for learning in the classroom and display exemplary conduct around the academy,” said Assistant Principal Harry Ingham. “We believe that students should be rewarded when they consistently exhibit HBAED values.”
Rewards
Students who achieve 4,000 Harris Points receive an invitation to breakfast with the Principal, entry into a prize draw at the end of the term, a Boundary 4 lapel badge – allowing them priority access through the dinner queue – and a letter home written by the Assistant Principal.
Over 70 boys have now passed through Boundary 3 so we’re looking forward to many more joining Axel, Markell and Hassan in Boundary 4 very soon. Well done everyone!
