Rennaisance Day, Tues 7 July - What's Happening?

Renaissance Day takes place on Tuesday 7th July.

The theme of the day is New Experiences and Keeping Safe. Key Stage 3 will focus on the Metropolitan Police and safety, while Key Stage 4 will focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), Humanities and Culture, and Media and Entrepreneurship. Downland the Renaissance Day July 2015 plan.

Renaissance days are when our normal timetable is suspended for all students so that they can take part in a variety of activities and workshops. 

This year around 350 of our students will be travelling to off-site facilities to take advantage of some fantastic opportunities  to explore and discover new experiences, knowledge and skills in a professional environment.

Students will be given full details of the activities they will be undertaking. Here's a taste for what's happening...
