Launching this week - Weekly Mental Health 'Check-In'
Our weekly mental health check-in is launched this week, with students grading themselves from 1 to 5 in four areas: home life, school life, emotional and mental health, and physical fitness.
Keeping a check on our own mental health enables us to advise and empathise with others and make a difference in the local, national and global community.
Through broad and rigorous physical activity, we hope to increase socialisation and community through the school, which can lead to greater wellbeing. Optimum health can facilitate academic achievement too.
