Boys Excel in Debating Competition

Our Key Stage 3 boys pictured in action during a debating competition yesterday.

They worked together admirably, being pipped in their three debates by only a couple of points each time - even though the other teams had Key Stage 4 and even Key Stage 5 students on their teams.

Our boys can really hold their heads up high and we are immensely proud of them. Some of the team would probably never have guessed at the start of the year that they would have been part of competition like this, but thanks to their dedication and involvement in the HBAED debating club, they had an absolutely golden opportunity yesterday which they all grasped with both hands.
