London Careers Festival 2022 - Exploring Future Options

Over 90 students in Year 10 greatly enjoyed a visit to the City as part of London Careers Festival recently.

The boys learned about different routes into work including apprenticeships, school leavers programmes and non-graduate routes.

Thirty students also participated in a work-place visit with Artificial Intelligence for Pets, where the boys worked with AI programmers to develop a concept for an AI Pet that could improve human safety. 

The boys then pitched their ideas before receiving feedback on their presentation skills. "It was great to speak directly to employers to find out more about the world of work and to get feedback on my presentation skills," said Abdi.

Well done to all the boys - hopefully you have discovered more about your future options!
