Zero Club - 180 Students are Members
Our new Zero Club has been created at Harris Boys' Academy to recognise the outstanding behaviour exhibited throughout the Academy on a daily basis.
All students are members if they have shown the most exemplary behaviour and have received ZERO written warnings since the start of the academic year.
Over one 180 students are now members and have all received a letter home informing their parents and carers of their great achievement and a Gentleman's Card, which entitles them to a free lunch in the Academy canteen's VIP area.
The challenge for all of these students is to retain their place in the Zero Club by ensuring they have zero written warnings at the end of each term, culminating in the final challenge of having zero written warnings at the end of the academic year. There will be further and even greater rewards as the year progresses.
Mr.Carey, Vice Principal, said: "I am delighted that such a large number of students have been recognised for their outstanding behaviour and showing such a thirst for learning. I hope that the Zero Club, Gentleman Cards, Plant Cards along with the Paintballing and Go-Karting trips goes some way to express to the boys just how much we appreciate their efforts."
