Macmillan Cancer Support Donation

Macmillan donation

Our student leadership team has presented a cheque for £350 to a representative from Macmillan Cancer Support.

This year Macmillan has been democratically chosen by students as our national charity.  As an academy, we fully support Macmillan’s ambition which is “to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer and to inspire millions of others to do the same”. 

We look forward to raising more money in the coming months, both for Macmillan and our other chosen charity; the Jimmy Mizen Foundation.  Well done to all staff and students who contributed this time through Own Clothes Day.
