Football - HBAED 6 Ernest Bevin 0

The Year 10 boys travelled to Ernest Bevin on Thursday for a friendly game looking to build on their recent win against Elm Green. With a new-look strike force of Enry and Mukhtar it was clear to see from the start that we were by far the better side.

We battled hard up front for the ball and Bevin had no option but to try and thump the ball long. This was no problem for our back three of Tyreece, Dexter and Connor who dealt with everything comfortably. Any issues were comfortably handled by George who has been a calming addition to the side.

Gibril, John and Ibrahim dominated in the middle of the park with some brilliant through balls, whilst Yahya and Aziz bossed the left wing with Amine and Aaron causing chaos down the right.

All in all, an excellent results with a memorable strike from Yahya who stepped up a year group to smash one in the top corner from 30 yards. Next up the boys begin the inner London cup.

Man of the Match. Enry and mukhtar caused chaos up front. They were physical and looked threatening whenever they got the ball.

Stepping up. Connor and Tyreece stepped up into the back three and dominated the game with a great clean sheet.
