Sixth Formers Take to the Water at Cowes
A small crew of Sixth Form students travelled to Cowes recently to a world renowned sailing and water sports centre, home of the world’s most famous international regatta and synonymous with sporting excellence.
This unique environment challenged our students to step out of their comfort zone by taking to the water in a number of challenging water sports which included kayaking, canoeing, wind surfing, dinghy and raft building.
The weekend was exhilarating, exciting and the weather was perfect!

‘Even though it was tough & stressful and hard work I had an amazing time,’ said Esmond Anane Sixth form student.
