Year 9 Careers Talk from Aquis Capital

This morning Year 9 were treated to a talk from Jude Roberts, a Director at Aquis Capital, a finance company specialising in stock exchanges and tech. 

Jude shared his personal story of attending a nearby local comprehensive school before moving on to working in travel and eventually the world of finance. Jude's career progressed by working at a number of different investment banks before joining Aquis. At the heart of his story was a message of hard-work, resilience and determination to succeed against the odds.

The boys finished the talk by asking a number of interesting questions focused on Jude's resilience - a key Active Citizen characteristic here at Harris Boys. Many thanks to Jude and our Year 9s!
