Queen Mary University STEM Day for Year 12

Our Year 12 Biologists and Physicists visited Queen Mary's University London, a top Russell Group university, for a STEM Day recently.

Students embarked on a day of lectures, with question and answer sessions, as well as a campus tour. The students enjoyed a range of exciting lectures, including:

  • Biochemistry - The study of melanin
  • Biology - Dinosaur ecology
  • Biomedical Sciences - Heart physiology
  • Maths - The maths of black holes
  • Physics - The physics of ping pong
