Sixth Formers Visit PwC for Exclusive Graduate Scheme Event
Harris Sixth Form students recently seized a unique opportunity by attending the PwC Graduate Scheme Event for Black students at the prestigious PwC Headquarters, 1 Embankment Place, London.
In collaboration with ACEN, this event catered to Black A-level students in years 12-13 aspiring to attend top-tier universities while gaining corporate training without the financial strain of a student loan.
The event showcased the enticing prospects within PwC's Technology and Accounting degree schemes. For these ambitious students, the PwC programmes offer a compelling blend of academic excellence and hands-on corporate experience. The emphasis on financial accessibility adds an extra layer of appeal, potentially alleviating the burden of student loans for those pursuing higher education.
As Harris Sixth Formers engaged with industry professionals and learned about the intricacies of PwC's graduate schemes, the event provided a platform for meaningful connections and insights into the corporate world. The students explored avenues that could not only shape their academic journey but also pave the way for a successful and fulfilling career.
This collaborative initiative between Harris Sixth Form, PwC, and ACEN demonstrates a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in education and professional development. By facilitating such events, the organisations involved are contributing to the empowerment of Black students, providing them with tools and opportunities to navigate the path toward top-tier universities and successful corporate careers.
The attendance of Harris Sixth Formers at the PwC Graduate Scheme Event reflects a dedication to fostering excellence, opening doors for under-represented groups, and ensuring that the next generation of leaders is equipped with the knowledge and experiences needed to thrive in the competitive landscape of academia and corporate life.
